A secure, warm and energy efficient home that is affordable should be possible for everybody.

Lincoln Labour Councillors work to ensure that this doesn’t get forgotten when developers are granted permission in Lincoln.

Whether it is build to rent schemes, bringing empty homes back into use, or ensuring that builders of higher value properties also provide affordable housing and community facilities, Labour has the interest of local people at heart.

Whilst Tory cuts have had a devastating impact on the most vulnurable in our society, Lincoln Labour Councilors have helped to ensure that people made homeless have still got the support they need.  For those who have had to live in cheaper rented accommodation, we’ve also been working to enforce safety standards, clamping down on rogue landlords who exploit the vulnerable.
